What are the shipping costs? Your order will be shipped with DHL. You can choose shipping to a DHL collection point for €4.95 or shipping to a home address for €5.95

I can choose the 'Save' option when checking out. What does this mean? To limit the number of shipping trips, you can save items for up to a month. At the end of the month I collect your orders and send them in one package to the address you specified. Until then, you pay for your purchases without paying shipping costs - you only pay them when I start shipping. Choose 'save' during the ordering process and I will contact you as soon as possible. 

When will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. Enter your email address when ordering and you will be notified when your package is on its way. Is there a hurry, for example for a last minute gift? Feel free to send me a message and I'll see if I can speed it up!

When will my order be delivered? That depends on which delivery service you have chosen. During the ordering process you can choose from two different options: 

  • Home address: In this case, your order will be shipped to the specified home address with DHL. In most cases the package will be delivered the next working day. Enter your email address when ordering and you will automatically receive a Track & Trace number when your order is on its way. 
  • DHL collection point: In this case, your order will be sent to the nearest DHL collection point. In most cases the package will be delivered the next working day. Enter your email address when ordering and you will receive an email when your order is ready.

 

I would like to pick up my order. When is that possible? Choose 'collection' in the ordering process. I will contact you as soon as possible to make a pick-up appointment. This can often be done at short notice. 

I have entered an incorrect delivery address. What now? If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please send me a message as soon as possible with the correct address details, so that I can correct the address on your order. To do this, go to the contact page .
